Lago Di Mac - Lap of the Lake

This cultural festival held at Thomas Halton Park, Croudace Bay, on Saturday 10.12.22, attracted a lot of people/families perusing the cars and motorcycles and generally having a good time

Its about all things Italian. It's A Day to enjoy three of our favourite loves – Family, Food, and fine Italian automobiles and motorcycles, and there was plenty of that.

Delicious Italian food sold by very busy vendors, who still managed a smile and a kind word to even the most grumpy of waiting customers.

Delicious desserts, coffees and even a drinks bar. There were a few business stands where the people manning them were happy to talk about, or sell some of their products with anyone interested.

Dog walkers were plenty, so their dogs got lots of pats and fuss and they loved it.

It was a very relaxed day.

Mother nature rolled out the perfect weather. Not at all hot, with a cool breeze blowing in from the lake and no rain.

Everyone was able to enjoy their day eating in the marque or picnicking on the grass while listening to some Italian entertainment. There was even a few games to play for the kids or the kids at heart.

Classic Motorcycle Restorations had a stand, manned by Graeme, Gaye and Sandy, and we got even got a passing view on NBN News.

All in all it was a great family day. The motorcycles and cars looked impressive lined up in their areas.

The day was a success thanks to all the people who came and supported this event.
