Moto Guzzi Mark 3 Le Mans Engine/Gearbox only rebuild
The customer has stripped the engine into 200 parts and supplied them to us in boxes.
The instruction is to rebuild the engine.
We shall start by Vapour blasting all external aluminium parts and then assessing all the internal parts that are required.
UPDATE
Engine cases and gearbox case have been vapour blasted and all parts have been washed and are being checked for wear and serviceability.
We required new rings, gaskets, valves, clutch, gearbox bearings, oil pressure switch.
$1550 worth of bearings, gears, seals, clutch and gaskets have been purchased.

Still working on this as discovered a few problems.
PROJECT COMPLETED
This has now been completed.
It will be given back to the customer so it can be assembled back onto the bike, but our job is done.
