Moto Guzzi Cardellino Tipo Lusso
This bike was found in a garage in Germany in 2017 and was very sad. It had been left for many years and the engine gearbox had been full of water and was completely rusty.
It was transported to my friends house in Austria and then transported to Genoa and shipped to Newcastle from there.
This has been a full restoration of every part being broken, rusted, worn out and just past its use by date.

No movement as we do not have a mechanic free, but watch this space
The bike is now assembled and nearly finished
Engine is rebuilt, new main bearings, big end bearing, little end bearing, new wheel bearings, new paintwork, Blasted and painted the frame, new tubes and tyres, New chain and sprockets
New spokes, new rims, bead blasted hubs, restored brakes.
Needs to have the electrics finalised and get the engine running..
UPDATE
The frame, swing arm, front forks, fuel tank, all the brackets and pivots were blasted and painted in Moto Guzzi red.
New tyres, rims and spokes were sourced and the wheels rebuilt. New carby was purchased and fitted and the little engine fired into life.
Still some small components to be finalised and fitted and then the bike may be offered for sale.
