NEWCASTLE TOY RUN 2023

From Stockton to Carrington, thousands of motorbike riders have spread festive cheer in the “Bikers for Kids Toy Run”.

Now in its 46th year – the annual event brings in thousands of Christmas donations for families in need across New South Wales.

The Bikers For Kids Newcastle toy run represents all that is merry.

It is done to provide local kids and families hope for a brighter future.

Covid 19 continues to effect life for Australians even more so for those facing hardship or struggling to put food on the table.

That’s why its so important that we pull together as a community to donate gifts and raise more funds for The Salvation Army Christmas Appeal than ever.

Every gift donated ends up under the Christmas tree for a child or teenager in need who would otherwise go without on Christmas morning.

The riders help to bring joy and hope to families in need by being a part of the ride. They make it a fun day.

10,000 motorbikes of all shapes and sizes hit the road from Stockton lead by Santa’s sleigh.

It was an incredible display of costumes and generosity as they made their way to Connolly park loaded with toys and Christmas cheer.

Our fearless leader, Graeme Studdert, has taken part in this every year.

As usual, he didn’t take many photos, so I have borrowed most of them from various websites, so the photography is to their credit.

Check out the video on you tube. Graeme is in it, as well as the excitement of the day.
