HONDA CHALY
This is the 70cc Honda as sold in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, but not many came to Australia.
The customer has given us a budget and wants the bike to look like new.
He has supplied many new parts but we will need a lot more new parts to do the job.
The Motorcycle has been stripped down and parts are being sorted

Frame has been painted a dusty blue as per customers instructions.
we have received the items required and painted the engine parts. Will finish off rebuild and then begin to reassemble.

Bike is being assembled and ready for wiring. Still a few hard parts to find and they have been ordered.

The work done on this Chaly is outstanding.
It has all come together beautifully and has been fully restored, with its new dusty blue parts. It sounds great.
